I was born in the south of France 48 years ago, and developped a mysterious love for England from my early teens. After my studies I moved to London. My promising career in advertising did not last long when I realized I could contribute to the world in a better way. I left her job and went travelling for a year.

Back in France, I became a group leader and training facilitator in Environmental Education, through a creative approach (with land art, movement, writing, storytelling...), researching new pedagogies through a sensitive approach. I was involved in networks at a national, regional and local level. One of my passion was to help foster collective intelligence in groups.

In parallel, I practiced yoga (Sivananda) intensively for about 7 years, Tai Chi Chuan (Chen Man Ching school) and Qi Qong for another 7 years. And I danced a lot ! (Jazz Dance, Circle and sacred dancing, folk dancing...). I also followed the Gelukpa Tibetan Buddhism path for a few years.

When I met eurythmy in her late thirties, I felt that it encompassed everything I had done, researched and loved until then, and much more ! It was a turning point in my life, especially the social aspect of it.

I started my Eurythmy training in the south of France at Didascali (www.didascali.org) with Praxède Dahan and Véronique Poisson, during two years part time. It was an option of the Waldorf teacher's training that lasts three years. I finished my training in East Grinstead during three years full time, at Peredur Eurythmy (www.peredureurythmy.com) with Glenys Water, Diana Fisher and Sigune Brinch.

I participated to several Social Eurythmy workshops with Annemarie Ehrlich, particularly recently with the Theory U approach.

I am now a fully trained eurythmist, specialised in the social aspect of eurythmy and its contribution to a healthier relationship with oneself and with the others in the working place, the family, friends, the Earth.

I contributed with social eurythmy in community meetings at Emerson College, in the context of the theory U process at Michael Hall school., in the early years meetings at Robin's nest kindergarten.

I taught Eurythmy with adults with learning disbilities in Nutley Hall and still do occasionally in Pericles. I facilitated a daily workshop during Lifeways at Emerson College last July.

I also facilitated open sessions in Peredur Eurythmy training, in Forest Row Community centre, during the Forest Riow festival,  and in Emerson College...

I live in Forest Row with my beloved husband and little girl.
